YellowConnect is operated by Hanu Technos.

By using YellowConnect, you agree to use the service lawfully and provide accurate account, profile and vehicle information.

Marketplace role

YellowConnect helps users discover and communicate about business opportunities. Unless explicitly stated, YellowConnect is not a party to arrangements between drivers, owners, fleet operators or customers. Users must independently verify licences, vehicles, pricing, insurance and counterparties.

Acceptable use

You must not publish fraudulent or unlawful content, impersonate another person, misuse personal data, interfere with the service, or use the app to harass or endanger others. Accounts or content may be restricted when necessary for safety, legal compliance or platform integrity.

Verification

A verification mark indicates that specified information was reviewed; it is not a guarantee of conduct, service quality, legal compliance or financial reliability.

GPS meter and fare tools

GPS, fare and billing outputs are operational aids. Accuracy can be affected by device sensors, signal quality, user settings and entered fare configurations. Users are responsible for reviewing values before relying on or sharing them.

User content

You retain responsibility for content you submit and grant YellowConnect permission to host and display it as required to operate the selected feature.

Availability and changes

Features may change to improve security, compliance or performance. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Account termination

You may delete your account through the app or website. YellowConnect may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create material risk.
