Delete your account

The fastest option is inside the YellowConnect app: open Profile → Privacy & Account → Delete my account. This immediately begins permanent deletion after confirmation.

Request deletion without the app

Enter the phone number used for your YellowConnect account, as a 10-digit Indian mobile number. Our administrator will verify ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

Your authentication account, profile, cab records, posts, voice notes, uploaded verification media and cloud-hosted account data are deleted. Bills and GPS trip history stored only on your device can be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.

Requests are normally processed after ownership verification. Data that must be retained for legal, safety or fraud-prevention reasons is isolated and retained only for the required period.
